Analytics. Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) is used only if you select "Accept analytics" in the cookie notice. It records page views and anonymous interactions such as telephone, email and review clicks, and confirmed enquiry submissions. Details you type into a form — your name, telephone number, email address, postcode, address, claim reference or incident description — are never sent to analytics. Choosing "Essential only" means no analytics scripts are loaded at all.
Marketing. Not in use on this website. No advertising pixels, remarketing tags or third-party marketing cookies are set.
Third-party embeds. Where a page embeds a Google map, Google may set cookies at the point the map is loaded. Maps are only loaded on pages where they are actually displayed.

This website presently uses only essential browser storage and — on pages that display them — Google Maps embeds. Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity and similar platforms are not installed.
