Yes. We work regularly in managed developments where access to several flats is required, coordinating with the managing agent, residents and any nominated contacts.
Yes. With the managing agent's permission we can contact residents directly to arrange access, explain the drying process and answer questions about equipment operating in the property.
Yes, where it is safe and appropriate to do so. Equipment is positioned to protect access routes, fire safety and normal use of the building wherever reasonably possible.
We inspect each affected level, take moisture readings, identify concealed moisture and prepare a proposed drying scope covering every area involved.
Yes. We can liaise with the block's insurer, loss adjuster or claims handler alongside the managing agent.
We can coordinate with the appointed reinstatement contractor and provide handover information. Full reinstatement is undertaken only where specifically instructed.
Yes. Where an incident affects multiple homes within a development, we plan the assessment and drying programme across all of them.
Yes. We work in occupied residential and commercial buildings, with drying plans developed around access, safety and normal use wherever reasonably possible.
