Content on this website is provided as general information about water damage and the drying services My HomeDry offers. It does not replace a site-specific assessment carried out by a competent technician at the affected property.

Emergency enquiries

Submitting a website form or callback request does not guarantee immediate attendance. Where water damage is urgent, please telephone My HomeDry directly on 07815 622384. Immediate risks involving electricity, unsafe ceilings, structural instability or personal safety may require qualified emergency professionals such as an electrician, plumber or the emergency services.

Insurance

My HomeDry does not determine policy coverage, claim acceptance, liability, settlement, or whether every cost will be reimbursed. Those decisions are made by the insurer under the terms of the individual policy. Information provided by My HomeDry may support a claim but does not itself confirm cover.

Enquiries and contracts

Submitting a form on this website does not automatically create a contract. Any drying work proceeds after the relevant scope, quotation or instruction has been agreed. Separate terms may apply to paid work between My HomeDry and its customer.

Wording, layout, photography, branding and other original material on this website belong to My HomeDry or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission.
